Duplicated lines in log file about django-carrot HOT 2 CLOSED

This appears to be related to the number of ConsumerSet objects initiated at run time - e.g. if you have three ConsumerSets created, lines get written to the log three times

This is probably because the ConsumerSet attaches a new handler on __init__:

        self.logger = logging.getLogger('carrot')
        self.logger.setLevel(loglevel)

        file_handler = logging.FileHandler(self.logfile)
        file_handler.setLevel(loglevel)

        streaming_handler = logging.StreamHandler(sys.stdout)
        streaming_handler.setLevel(loglevel)

        formatter = logging.Formatter(LOGGING_FORMAT)
        streaming_handler.setFormatter(formatter)
        file_handler.setFormatter(formatter)

This section of the method needs to be updated to only add the handlers if they haven't already been added. Otherwise, the handlers get duplicated

from django-carrot.

The easiest way to fix this is probably to initiate the logger within the command and pass the logger to the consumer set

from django-carrot.
