After change InAppUtils.xcodeproj build setting
add Search Path -> Header Search Path
$(SRCROOT)/../react-native/React
$(SRCROOT)/../../../node_modules/react-native/React
$(SRCROOT)/../../React
and change
import <React/RCTBridgeModule.h> -> import "RCTBridgeModule.h"
import <React/RCTLog.h>-> #import "RCTLog.h"
import <React/RCTUtils.h> ->#import "RCTUtils.h"
finally build pass

you should use v4 of this plugin with react versions below 0.3x
