This is a grouped project about high school students and future predictions. We select many variables from the raw data and build Logistic models to analyze the factors that determine the high school students' college choice and their salary when they start working. Lasso, decision tree, and random forest are also used in this analysis.

Regarding to the mining result, I give some summary to the facts why people choose to move and why countries accept immigrate and refugee.

This is a data mining project. I use the world military spending data from Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) to do the analyse. An overview is given at the first glance. And further detailed analysis for the top military spending countries in the world, the fastest growing countries in military spending, and compare the military spending with GDP. Besides, a correlation and prediction is given. Regarding to the mining result, I give short summary.

In this project, we will compare two algorithms for stock prediction. First, we will utilize the Long Short Term Memory(LSTM) network to do the Stock Market Prediction. LSTM is a powerful method that is capable of learning order dependence in sequence prediction problems. Furthermore, we will utilize Generative Adversarial Network(GAN) to make the prediction. LSTM will be used as a generator, and CNN as a discriminator. In addition, Natural Language Processing(NLP) will also be used in this project to analyze the influence of News on stock prices.

This is a grouped project analysis the effects of students social background and social support on high school students math achievement. We do the analysis in many aspects(gender, native language, school background, mother/father education levels, social economic status) and we finally build a linear model to find out the factors have the higher influence.

The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) report found that the travel & tourism industry generated 10.4 percent of all global economic growth. Tourism is not only a kind of leisure, it is also essential in a country's economy. In this analysis, I investigate the dynamic trend of evolvement in tourism sector and find the top tourist-sending countries and the countries that are most attractive to international tourists.

GDP consists of Government Spending, Net Exports, Personal Consumption, and Business Investment. Education, Healthcare, Defense spendings are the three main areas where the government spends money on. This project analyzed these three spendings by comparing with countires GDP, analyzing per capita data, and growth rate. Finally, we made a prediction and give a short summary. We select the top 10 countries with the highest GDP in year 2019. And we select the data from year 2011 to 2016. Finally, we made a prediction and give a short summary.
