In my env, I have /usr/bin/gcc-7, so I add the following to BLADE_ROOT

cc_toolchain(
    name = 'gcc',
    version = '7',
    path = '/usr/bin'
)

When I run blade build, it says NameError: name 'cc_toolchain' is not defined.
I am using the lasted master branch of this repo.
