[BUG] Email Signup gives a 401 error on the user.create tRPC call about cua HOT 4 CLOSED

Hmm, Clerk has had some changes recently with their APIs, I wonder if this has to do with them.
I'll have to look into this later! Let me know if you figure it out!

Edit: if you're able to add a user into the DB, but not add one into the DB, this is likely due to us not setting the session properly after the user signs in with email. Resulting in an unauthenticated error.
