Azure extension enable command fails as it takes more that 5 minutes at times about azure-chef-extension HOT 4 CLOSED

I am facing this issue in the latest version of chef extension. v1210.12.100.1000
Could you help to have a look, I have to use A1 size VM, windows platform.

I need to create large number of A1 size VM at the same time, for example 100 vm will easy to reproduce it.

Do I need to open a new issue?
