Interesting, we can try to make the checkmark pulsate? as a strong indication. And still keep the tooltip on it

We should change the language - and just have it say 'save new project' instead of the check mark

You need to click the checkmark to actually create the project: not a bug, maybe a UI improvement to make it more obvious.
