这个问题已经解决，但上拉刷新后，再往回到第一个item，但不触发下拉事件， 页面上会多一个空白的头布局，如果触发下拉时间这个头布局会消失，怎么解决？

初始化的时候 设置 layoutManager.setGapStrategy(StaggeredGridLayoutManage.GAP_HANDLING_NONE)
去掉默认动画 mRecyclerView.setItemAnimator(null);
最后在加载非第一页的更多的时候刷新数据用notifyItemRangeInserted(), 少用notifyDataSetChange()
好像这么弄后，滑动的几率要少很多，但也偶尔会滑动，没有完全解决
