PBX(sendRedirectedUpdate)(sccp_source_local_channel, fromNumber, fromName, toNumber, toName, AST_REDIRECTING_REASON_UNCONDITIONAL);

AST_REDIRECTING_REASON_UNCONDITIONAL ist nicht bekannt in asterisk 1.6
Dafur brauchten wir ein mapping
entweder:

• simple mapping in ast106.h (ugly)
• oder complete auf sccp callInfo reasons (schoner)
