The CLI has all the command documented, just use listen -h and you will see all the supported options.

I have used as below:
./netopeer2-cli
listen --tls --host localhost --port 4335 --cert client.crt --key client.key --trusted ca.pem
Still its not success..Let me know if any mistakes are there..
Client log:
nc ERROR: Failed to convert IPv4 address "localhost".
Inside Func: cmd_connect_listen_tls Line:2569
cmd_listen: Waiting 60s for a TLS Call Home connection on port 4335...
nc ERROR: Call-Home binds not set.
cmd_listen: Receiving TLS Call Home on port 4335 failed.

Obviously, fix the error it printed.
nc ERROR: Failed to convert IPv4 address "localhost".
I have never seen this and your system does not seem to be configured well but you should just be able to use 127.0.0.1 instead.
