That is not an actionable feedback.
Debug it. Get a crash stack trace at least.
One possibe cause that immediately pops into mind, is execution context. If you're trying to do e.g. interrupt handling with mjs which is initialised in another task context, you'll get a crash. That is not an mjs fault though.
