[exporter-prometheus] repl.js raises an error `Invalid metric name` about opencensus-node HOT 5 CLOSED

FYI, in Prometheus there're some restrictions on the metric names:

It may contain ASCII letters and digits, as well as underscores and colons. It must match the regex [a-zA-Z_:][a-zA-Z0-9_:]*.

So if the metric name contains '/' or other unsupported characters, you'll get this kind of error.

In Java and Go we do sanitization on metric names: https://github.com/census-instrumentation/opencensus-go/blob/master/exporter/prometheus/prometheus.go#L260.
