Yes, that would be a good addition.
As always with scale, hard part is dealing with local/world space.
Handling UI is easy though.

Just saw warning with GCC, you're mixing enums here:

Wrong enum used:

No BOUNDS enum here:
https://github.com/CedricGuillemet/ImGuizmo/blob/master/ImGuizmo.h#L142
Also minor thing, space/tabs mixed up... Old code used spaces for indentation, but new one is using tabs.
