Create demo system to experiment with CD Events about community HOT 6 OPEN

We discussed this during the CDEvents meeting today.
We have a couple of POCs today but they need to be updated and/or improved upon.

We have the following three issues to track some of this work

Your help with this is definitely welcome.
Would you be able to join any of the CDEvents meetings to further discuss the details?
Alternatively, we can also continue the discussion and planning offline through GitHub issues.
