@Kabangi I have noticed a similar issue. I tried to dig in the code a bit. I have found out that in Client.js file there are a few places where we try to extract some values from Constants. Constants have those attributes however they are wrapped inside a attribute called default. That is why it not able to get those values.

them or require them with .default

Availability of uniqueName, friendlyName and attributes etc is more related to Channel Synchronisation Status. The status has to be at least Metadata
to make the friendlyName available.
I also run into similar issue: one user (A) is added by another user (B) into a newly created channel. The client.onChannelAdded
listener is called on user A, but metadata of the channel is not available, because the channel Synchronisation status is low (e.g. None, Identifier).
My workaround is to run the following code in a timeout block:
setTimeout(() => {
client.getChannel(sid).then(channel => {
// this should give me more information of the channel
});
}, 3000);
