Whoops, I had shared it with Naved and I thought I had shared it with everyone at RH, but apparently not. It should be fully accessible now.

To answer a question: we do allow users to create their own private networks, and we allow users to attach private/public networks to their leased nodes through a single command. That's what I meant by "Attach network to a node" under "Node Networking", but it's possible I'm missing the whole scope of the requirement!
