I have confirmed this is an issue on a single monitor as well. Same deal, it overflows to the left of the monitor and below.

Sorry to keep adding here, but noticed now that it is more than just going from having tabs and no tabs. If I have the window maximized and I show or hide things like the menu or status bar (either via Alt for menu, or View | [ Menu or Status Bar ] via a right click menu, it also "breaks" maximized. Again, the overflow for me happens to the left and below.

The fact that ConsoleZ can do maximized is great. The fact that I can snap maximize, even greater. But this issue impedes workflow. But since I am not a coder, I can only pass on what I am finding. I'd fix and push a patch, but don't have the skills.

Thanks for the good work.

Btw, the images below kind of show what I talking about. I have two monitors, so the top pic is with ConsoleZ maximized (black bar on top is outside of monitor because I have both set as Y x X and the other X x Y - the blue to the left is the second monitor), and the lower pic shows a little of the overflow (and you can see by the rounded titlebar corner that it has lost its "maximized" state - though funny thing is that the middle window button doesn't change like it normally would.)

The ConsoleZ resizing can be a consequence of the native console (cmd.exe) resizing.
The native Windows console determines the max of rows and columns from the font size and the primary display resolution.
You can try to fix by selecting the smallest font size in the native console.
(Console Window, right click on native cmd caption, click on Properties, Font and select the smallest size)

I tried what you said, but that didn't fix it. BUT...

I downloaded your latest beta and it was fine. When I copied over my old config file it didn't work again. So I compared the differences in the config files and dialed the problem down to docking ( Appearance | Docking ). I had docking set to "top right", which is why I overflowed to the left and bottom. When I tried docking as "top left" I overflowed to the right and bottom. With no docking value set, it works fine.

I used the docking value to open console in the upper-right corner. But I can get close to what I need by defining the X, Y initial position ( Appearance | Initial position ). That way I don't see this issue and works for me.

Thanks for taking a look and for a great Console.
