Adding colors to consoleZ about console HOT 9 CLOSED

Try typing this command: help color

from console.

@cbucher I'm running the cygwin shell inside consoleZ,, that command is not bringing up anything

either your shell displays only black and white or you checked "custom colors"
use View > Console Window to verify

"custom colors" is not checked,and this is how it shows in consoleZ and regular cygwin, see attached ---

please take a screenshot of ConsoleZ and console window (using Menu > View > Console Window)
and show your xml config file (usually console.xml)

So ConsoleZ and Windows console display the same colors.
Your shell is misconfigured or the starting options are not good.
Open your bash shortcut properties and use the same command line and the same start directory.

find the shortcut that you use to launch the bash with the beautiful colors.
right click on the shortcut to show the properties.
copy/paste the command line and the start directory in ConsoleZ settings

if it does not correct the problem, try cygwin/bash forums
