Fullscreen covers taskbar about console HOT 5 CLOSED

I cannot reproduce this behavior.
Are you using a non official Windows Theme?

No no. Win7, nothing special.

1. Open Console
2. Press Win + Up
3. Win 7 taskbar is covered by ConsoleZ.

Note that I have a dual mon.

If you suppress the caption, the window is no longer a desktop child
so Windows+Up maximizes to fullscreen size

I see. Interesting. Makes sense in general, just not that much in this
case. Personally what I'd want is more like Chrome behaviour. I'll restore
the caption for now.
