This will have to build dependencies as well, since any project is going to rely upon its dependencies for a successful build. However, it should assume that the dependencies have already been checked out.

This could accept an argument specifying which configuration to build, too. So, e.g., carthage build -configuration Debug
would give you debug versions of all dependencies.
Eventually, we could do something more automatic, but this would be an easy first step to support customization.
