Carthage-managed submodules about carthage HOT 3 CLOSED

I'm really into having Carthage manage submodules for you.

It occurs to me that this does introduce some complexity if you want to be able to push from the submodules.

Anyways, this is a nice-to-have. I think we can ship the initial release without it.

Note that this won't create recursive submodules at any point, since Carthage won't be able to commit inside dependencies to make that happen. It would basically just create a flat list, at the level of the application project (instead of the current contents of Carthage.checkout, probably).
