After merging with polygons, there are several next steps. In no particular order:
- Spatial join with ACS data (issue #7)
- Median income for each supplier is most interesting
- Education
- Others, e.g. demographics
- Make a Carto map (we can give you access to our Carto account)
- Type of rate structure
- Water bill as proportion of median income
- Number of tiers in rates
- Proportion fixed revenue
- Etc.
