Just wondering if this was incorporated or is easier now with the newer releases. We are using bwa-mem2 in a Single-Cell ATACseq pipeline and being able to use bwa-mem2 as a library would be very useful to combine with cell barcode calling.
Also, great work on enabling such nice speed improvements !
