Where is the "caffe/proto/caffe.pb.h" file? about caffe HOT 5 CLOSED

Assume that your Caffe installation is located at CAFFE_ROOT.

$ cd $CAFFE_ROOT/src
$ protoc caffe/proto/caffe.proto --cpp_out=../include/

works for me :)

You can generate the file from caffe.proto by using google protocol buffers.
