Fields validation without being required anyway about angular-form-for HOT 4 CLOSED

This has to do with how I'm validating specific types. For instance, the ModelValidator validates integer types like so:

stringValue.match(/^\-*[0-9]+$/)

The result if this is that an empty string produces a false negative. :(

My assumption was that in most cases, a field format implied a required field, and so this wouldn't matter. Sounds like that's not the case for you.

I'll add this issue to the backlog for my next release. Feel free to submit a pull request if you get around to it before I do. :)
