Hi @palodelincak. Any chance you've got a Plunker you could point me at?

The formFor documentation page is using release 1.2.16 without any problems. For example:

Is your code being run through any uglification or concatenation code or anything prior to being run?

It looks like it was some issue in my project - but I'm not sure which one because I did small cleanup of modules and it started working.
