Remote-to-local attribute decoding fails with an error for Sonarr Torznab indexer categories about buildarr HOT 1 CLOSED

The ConfigBase._decode_attr method uses the ModelField.type_ attribute from Pydantic to discover what type the attribute is.

Unfortunately it appears this does not behave the way I expect it to, as for the Set type (and probably other data structure types), ModelField.type_ returns the type of the elements of the data structure, rather than the aggregated type of the data structure itself.

Changing it to ModelType.outer_type_ appears to fix the issue, but it really is the raw type hint, so any type annotations added using typing_extensions.Annotated are also included here.

To discover the proper origin type, the whole tree of nested type definitions must be discovered, and parsed from the inside out.
