This is a ANPR i.e Automatic Number Plate Recognition system powered by deep learning.The images of the vehicle is processed by YOLO whose core architecture is a CNN.The CNN hover around the entire picture and analyse it pixel-by-pixel,and it spots out the num_plate.This CNN has been trained and the parameters are stored in my google drive.
