Yes, same for me.
It's surely due to recent API changes (have a look to deprecated calls by click on the bottom right of Atom).
Easy to fix, I'll do it quickly

Try to If disable shadow DOM in Atom settings :

Does it works ? It's a quick'n dirty fix for now.
