Problem getting temp directory when env variable is missing about node-temp HOT 5 CLOSED

@dangoor this was fixed in nodelauncher.js and merged into master. Not sure if this is issue is to get a fix pushed back into node but wanted to give you a heads up that it's in now.

@JeffryBooher Yeah, I provided a link to the pull request that fixed the problem in Brackets... it seems ultimately nicer to have a fix in node-temp itself.

I think I've just stumbled upon the same issue.

My temp.dir was set to /home/<username>/tmp, but that directory doesn't even exist in my environment.
It looks like this is related to npm/osenv#4.

That upstream PR is open for 5 months, do you mind if I submit a PR to work around this in node-temp?
