Interesting. It's likely an issue someplace in your SSL setup. On https://browserless.io/ we serve over wss and haven't seen or heard of the DEPTH_ZERO_SELF_SIGNED_CERT issue. The API is behind an nginx proxy, and uses certbot for SSL operations. I'd be curious to hear about your ssl/proxy/gateway configuration.
