This is a 3-Statement Model I created. I used it in a stock pitch. The model provided baseline information for developing a well-informed discounted cash flow valuation.

A discounted Cash Flow Valuation is when you project future cash flows of a company out into the future, add them up, and discount them back into a present value. From here we can calculate enterprise value, equity value, and finally equity value per share.

This repository is an example of me making use of a Monte Carlo Simulation. The basic idea is to estimate the mean and standard deviation of a stock prices. With these parameters, you can generate thousands of random walks and come up with a 95% confidence interval, assuming that everything fits a normal distribution.

sharpe-ratio

This repository exhibits Modern Portfolio Theory (MPT). For Investment Club, I was tasked with analyzing the tech sector of our Club Portfolio. I calculated the Efficient Frontier, recorded the Sharpe Ratios, and decided and optimal weighting from there.
