Failing tests on python-3.3 about logging_tree HOT 3 CLOSED

Thanks for the pull requests! After accepting them both, I have added a tox.ini so that we can be automated in assuring that logging_tree keeps working for all of the versions of Python that we claim it works with:

Let me know if you can think of anything else that it needs at this point, else I'll release this newly-compatible code as a new version on PyPI this week!
