우리가 일반적으로 생각하는 동시에 실행된다는 병렬 프로그래밍을 의미한다.
GCD나 Swift Concurrency를 통해 생성되는 스레드는 논리적 코어의 개수를 훌쩍 뛰어넘는 경우가 많은데 이때 스레드에 할당된 작업이 동시에 실행되는것은 여러작업이 짧은 주기로 번갈아 가면서 실행되어 동시에 실행되는 것 처럼 보이는 것을 의미한다.
