Please be more clear on this one. I don't understand, because if text is selected and the pressed buttons are pressed again, the style is removed.

Super bad explained, my fault, sorry!
The bootstrap library calls small as a way to de-emphatize a block in the sense that normal text are un-emphatized, strong is emphatized so small makes the block lost weigth so de-emphatized (respect to the normal weigth)

The purpose of the button is to add a simple small button
