Boost.Move was introduced in Boost v1.48. What Boost version do you have installed?

Like Denis said, Boost.Compute requires Boost version 1.48 or later. I've added a version check to the Bost.Compute headers (see 47922aa) which should now print out a message like the following if the installed Boost version is too old:
/home/kyle/dev/compute/include/boost/compute/config.hpp:20:2: error: #error Boost.Compute requires Boost version 1.48 or later
