This is not really feasible from a web app at the moment. The standard says you cannot access geolocation within the Service Workers so you would only get the volunteer's locations while the phone is unlocked and the browser is visible.
WhatsApp has ability to share live-location data but doesn’t have an API for accessing - perhaps this could just be covered by a how-to guide for WhatsApp Live location

Related Issues (20)
- Check have all needed foreign keys - WorkSpacePollingStations etc?
- Eventually would be useful for system to be clever and offer suggestions for what you should do - for now it should just present all relevant info to organiser and they can decide what to do HOT 1
- Setting the time of the polling station observation - (eg I saw an hour ago that there had been 300 votes at this station)
- Make WorkSpaces only writable between a certain specified start and end time (e.g. the day of the election)
- Incorporate map for finding polling stations (maybe use Democracy club on)
- Should be able to record other responses than raw numbers when making observations - don't know etc?
- Follow up with Hendon, what would need to be added for them to use?
- Create demo data files for Contact Creator import, for future testing HOT 1
- Check actual turnout for constituencies to check lines up with expectation
