Built files are missing about extensible HOT 1 CLOSED

I don't plan on adding those files into Git as it's generally not desirable to version the built output files (and I'd have to update them on every commit). That's the purpose of providing the packaged downloads for anyone who cannot build their own. (BTW, you can still build your own -- all that's missing is the .bat file to automate calling the tools. You can look at the existing .sh file to get an idea of what's required). I'll work on adding in a Windows build script soon to make this easier for Windows users also.
