Yo tampoco pude utilizarla, esta me sirvio que es para la sdk 4 de mercadopago https://github.com/cinder92/react-native-mercado-pago. Pude integrarla con Android pero no puedo hacerlo con iOS.

Ya pude resolverlo, no tiene el checkout integrado, pero puse un boton que te manda al checkout de mercadopago y con eso me sobra, gracias por el aporte

I'm closing this issue, because we're deprecating this library in favor of adding a newer one which fixes the vast majority of the bugs.
