L5.2.45 Errors when login to admin for first time about decoy HOT 11 CLOSED

Does this imply that the CMS doesn't work with Laravel 5.2.3? Also, does the CMS support PHP 7.0?

@od3n Can you switch your Decoy constraint to dev-master and composer update? I pushed up a commit that removes all the short open tags that were being used in a number of views.
