You will have to hide this field by including {{ form.media.css }}

from django-registration-email.

The field is for spam bots. They will always fill out the field and therefore not get through. You have to hide the form from humans so that they don't fill out the field.

If you have an {% block extracss %} in your base.html template, then adding the {{ form.media.css }} to that block should actually work. It doesn't really matter how you call that block. It's just important that it is available somewhere in the chain of template inheritance.
