Cool! Will look into why that would break. It may be that it gets confused over OP_NOTIF, but pretty sure I covered that...

Apparently I was not handling nested if cases correctly. Specifically, the "inactive path" needs to add another "disabled" to the active vector. Would you mind trying on latest master and seeing if it looks okay?

Great, it seems to work for that script now! Nice one!
I'll play a bit more with it. I noticed path: 1 for the last two scripts, is that intentional? looks unrelated to the recent patch!

Mark Friedenbach explained that once. That path is actually the path in the merkle tree, not the index of the option, so you don't get "0, 1, 2, 3, ..." necessarily.
