It might not have gotten implemented, I know that not everything got finished up before I needed to focus on other things. A quick look over the code myself didn't find it either.

It would be interesting to know where the collaborators action came from in the first place. Looking through the 1.0 documentation there is a brief mention of collaborators in respect to privileges e.g. you can be an admin or a collaborator. There is no mention of collaborators in the 2.0 documentation. Unless collaborators was being used as a synonym for some other action?
