kas-fleetshard should be installed using a bundle about kas-installer HOT 5 CLOSED

@rareddy , perhaps we can add a bundle script to kas-fleetshard (as you said) and handle this and #72 in one PR.

To begin with, I added this PR #131 next I will look into bringing the bundle into fleetshard and then tie both of them together.

@MikeEdgar do you suggest the development of a Quarkus maven plugin for the bundle in fleetshard?

At a minimum I think we can have a script to create a bundle based on a commit hash/git reference similar to what is done midstream. Like we discussed, the maven plugin may be a bit more complex when dealing with multiple modules. That would probably be the most adaptable/cross-platform approach though.

For info, kas-fleet-manager support this as part of the standalone cluster implementation.

So if this happens, there could be a lot of installation steps cleanup / removed from kas-installer since this is/'will be' taken care of by the fleet manager.

@daveconde is already using this flow to install fleetshard and strimzi operator from the OLM bundle.
