It says The type or namespace name 'Betalgo' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?). Could the namespace be misspelled?

Oh, I just found out what the issue is, please use
using OpenAI.GPT3; instead of using Betalgo.OpenAI.GPT3
