I haven't actually got them removed, but I pretty much have it ready for

You likely selected the visual weeds item, the useable weeds has numbers next to its name iirc.
You'll need to use NHSE's house editor to delete them from your house map.

Ohh okay. Is there any tutorial for the house editor, or is it in the same app/package as NHSE?

Drag your save folder into NHSE, go to Map > Edit Player Houses then right-click and reset the weeds item
Save in the app and Restore your save file with your save manager afterwards

I'm sorry, I don't know how to get my save data onto my PC or anything,
since I don't ever use it. I'm pretty sure I could look around online for a
tutorial or something else as well
