See the screenshot below, this is what the html source-code looks like "via view source in Firefox". From this perspective I see the issue, since there are multiple p0_pieChart elements defined on the webpage. If I delete the last "g" tag with the class of p0_pieChart manually in Firefox at runtime "via Firebug", the transitioned-too graph looks like the desired result.

I then do a manual delete in Firebug, shown below.

Now, it looks like the desired result, and reflects the 2nd dataset I provided, see below.

My temporary solution until the D3PIE API is upgraded, is the following code, it manipulates the transitioned-too HTML G tag in the onload function. I first add an additional line of code to the transitionToPie function as shown below. The downfall to this temp solution is that the end-user see's a visual glitch\refresh of the chart on the screen.
