NavigationView's minimal display mode toggle button should be on the app bar instead of in the ScaffoldPage

from fluent_ui.

Started working on this at https://github.com/bdlukaa/fluent_ui/tree/mobile .

Updated NavigationView's minimal display mode:

• The open/close button is at the topbar (appbar), not in the scaffold page.
• PaneItem is now customizable by overriding the build method.
• It's now possible to use any widget at PaneItem's title property
• Better control over the minimal pane overlay. Now, the items inside in are now focusable (navigate with keyboard)
• BREAKING: Removed ScaffoldPageParent

And others:

• Implemented bottom navigation bar

This all is being done to get the best experience on small screens (mobile devices, and even small windows). The example app is now working on small screens. Check https://bdlukaa.github.io/fluent_ui/ out
