Documentation Edits / Fixes from QA about smk HOT 1 CLOSED

I went through https://github.com/bcgov/smk/wiki/SMK-Client-API-Examples as that would be what we feel a developer building a site from scratch would use.

A short section on which folder to copy would be helpful. I used this https://github.com/bcgov/smk/tree/master/smk-parent/smk-client/src/main/javascript and at the time it had a different smk.js file. Should it be a different client?

Under the victoria.json sample code there is a typo for that last comma (not required).

It wasn't immediately obvious the bullet points were parameters you could pass with the URL, documentation to explain that with a clearer example would be nice. Also explicitly state you can pass multiple parameters with the &. This can be done in Example 5 if you used a link the first time in one of the early examples of passing a parameter. Also in example 5 if you can explain the use of foo would be helpful.

The wms-layer.json, we needed the styleName to use underscores not hyphens for the example to work. Bruce knows more on that.

In section 3B and C I couldn't get they layer to show up when passed via the URL, only when included in the script. If you can just make sure there isn't a bug there and indeed it should work as described.

Example 8B and 8B are the same.
